Like sunlight dancing on water — this hand-poured resin tray is packed with shimmering gold flakes suspended in crystal-clear resin, with soft ripple lines flowing across the surface. Every piece is one of a kind, and the colour and pattern will vary slightly from what's pictured.
Approximately 10" round. A golden little stage for your perfumes, candles, or trinkets — or gorgeous as a centrepiece on its own.

At Knox’s Mom Crafty Chaos, every item is handmade with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are individually handcrafted, slight variations in colour, pattern, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging, where possible
Free from damage caused after delivery
Accompanied by your order information or proof of purchase

Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, all custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or personalized products
Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Gift cards
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations such as slight differences in colour, placement of glitter or decorative elements, small surface variations, or minor differences in shape may occur. These characteristics are normal for handmade pieces and make each item one of a kind.

At Knox’s Mom Crafty Chaos, each order is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in great condition.
Processing Times
Most ready-made orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be provided on the product page or communicated at the time of ordering.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items and order total. Canadian standard shipping is currently $18 for one item and $25 for two or more items; qualifying orders of $75 or more ship free.
Additional shipping promotions, if available, will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Typical delivery times within Canada are approximately 5–10 days after processing.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Packaging
Many of our products are handmade and may be fragile. Orders are carefully packaged with protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.
Whenever possible, we may reuse clean packaging materials as part of our effort to reduce waste.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.
If your package appears to be delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
A brief description of the damage
Please keep the item and all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require photographs or additional information.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, the option will be shown at checkout or arranged directly with us.
Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
