Shipping Policy
Each of our resin pieces is hand-poured with love, meaning they require a little extra time to perfect. Thank you for supporting Canadian art.
Processing Timelines
General orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. For custom resin work, please allow 2-3 weeks for the necessary pouring and curing process.
After processing and dispatch, Canadian standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 days. Actual timing may vary by location and carrier.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within Canada. Standard shipping is $18 for one item and $25 for two or more items. Qualifying orders of $75 or more receive free shipping. Your final shipping rate and any promotions will be shown at checkout. We’ll email tracking details when your order is on its way.
Return & Refund Policy
At Knox’s Mom Crafty Chaos, each resin piece is individually hand-poured, so small variations or bubbles can be part of its handmade character. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible, unused items in their original condition. Please email info@knoxsmomcraftychaos.ca with your order number before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Custom and personalized orders are final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
